AIM
1. ChangeMakers’ON program aims to collaborate with passionate ChangeMakers and help them to develop real & sustainable social businesses.
2. ChangeMakers’ON Team is holding a competition of social innovations, social impact and social business ideas.
TERMS

 

3. Selection for ChangeMakers’ON hackathon is being proceeded twice a year (Winter & Autumn). Submission is opened for one month each.  Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate, modify or suspend the Competition and these Terms and Conditions, for any reason, at any time and without any liability.
4. Selection for ChangeMakers’ON Summer Camp is being proceeded once a year (Spring). Submission is opened for two months.  Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate, modify or suspend the Competition and these Terms and Conditions, for any reason, at any time and without any liability.
5. Submission for ChangeMakers’ON Incubator is opened all year round.  Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate, modify or suspend the Competition and these Terms and Conditions, for any reason, at any time and without any liability.
6. Submission for ChangeMakers’ON trainings is opened all year round.
ELIGIBILITY

7. The C’MON event is organized by European Social Entrepreneurship and Innovative Studies Institute, Kaunas Technology University and Entreprise Lithuania and is open and offered only to (1) individuals age eighteen (18) or older at time of registration (“Individual Participant”), and (2) legal business entities (“Business Entity Participant”) from any country.
HOW TO ENTER
8. To submit your accurately and truthfully completed form of the online registration forms during the C’MON Period, accept these Terms and Conditions and follow the instructions for submitting an Entry as described on the Site and below.

8.1. If an “Entry” is with idea, it must be an original idea based on criteria below:

8.1.1. Global problem indicated.
8.1.2. Solution proposed.
8.1.3. Social impact visible.
8.1.4. Innovative.
8.1.5. Motivation to be selected.
8.2. If an “Entry” is without idea, personal skills and motivation must be indicated very clearly.
C'MON PARTICIPATION

 

9. Teams: Individual Participants can form a team (“Team”) of multiple people to submit a single Entry.
10. Individuals: As an alternative to participating as a Team, Individual Participants must enter the C’MON event in their individual capacities (If Individual Participant is not able to submit an idea but still wants to enter C’MON, he must fill the form for individuals without idea).
11. An Entry submitted by a Team must designate one Team Member as the “Team Leader” for contact and C’MON administrative purposes. The Team Leader will be responsible for submitting the Entry on behalf of the Team. An Individual Participant may only be a member of one Team; however each Team may submit multiple Entries. For purposes of this C’MON, a Team, once registered with a Team Leader, will own all Entries made by any Individual Participant on the Team.
12. Business Entities: Business Entity Participants must enter the C’MON event on behalf of their legal business organizations. An Entry submitted by a Business Entity Participant must designate one individual member as the “Business Entity Contact Person” for contact and C’MON administrative purposes. The Business Entity Contact Person will be responsible for submitting the Entry on behalf of the Business Entity Participant.
13. All Entries must be submitted in English. Entrants assume all risk of damaged, lost, late, incomplete, invalid, incorrect or misdirected Entries.

C’MON PROCESS

 

14. Open Submission (“Round”)
14.1. Every submission period is announced minimum one month before the event begins. All Open Submissions must be received by the Organizer on or before deadline day.
14.2. Each “Open Submission” may be reviewed by the Organizer and not less than 3 more judges selected by the Organizer and partners (collectively, the “Judging Panel”), to determine if the Open Submission meets the eligibility criteria for the C’MON as described in these Terms and Conditions. In Organizer’s discretion, Organizer may engage third-party subject matter experts and judges to serve on the Judging Panel and/or assist with the review of Entries and selection of C’MON winners (winners – Individual Participants and Business Entities selected and invited to take part in the ChangeMakers’ON event).
14.2. From all the Entries in Round, the Judging Panel will select up to twelve (12) Entries to proceed to the ChangeMakers’ON Event (“Judge’s Choice”). The Judging Panel will make their selections based on the content of the Entries using the judging criteria as outlined in section 8.1. and Conditions.

WINNERS' LIST

 

15. Winners will be informed individually through the e-mail provided in the application.
16. Winners list well be posted publicly online and will be available on the website three days after the deadline.
17. In case you are not selected and want to know the identity of the winners before the date indicated in section 16, organizers will provide you with the information by phone +370 620 95401 or e-mail office@europe-institute.com
